A selection of Dark Choc Ginger, Fruit & Nuts and Snowballs

1 x 250g Copha (solid vegetable shortening -coconut oil), melted
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup milk powder
1-1+1/2 cup shredded coconut
Mix first 3 ingredients until smooth, then add coconut a little at a time stirring all the time
Place teaspoonful into tiny foil cups
Refregerate
Extra things can be added like chopped glace cherries, dried apricots, mimi marshmallows, mimi M&Ms
